Strong Foundations

We’ve been a practicing Yoga Studio since 2023. The foundation of our studio combines the physical with the inner emotional and spiritual journey. By integrating body, breath, movement, and meditative awareness, we promote awareness of the interdependency of all these aspects in personal health and wellbeing. At 417 Aerial, we use our extensive training and in-depth understanding of the human body and psyche to teach and cultivate awareness of one’s own practice and life process.

From the ground below us to the sky above us, come find strength in your body, peace in your movement, courage in your breathe.

417 Aerial is a safe place to help people move into the comforts of their own bodies. We are encouraging a fun, light, atmosphere of exploring dancing in the air (aerial- silks, hammock, lyra, and trapeze), as well various forms of strength conditioning and stretching.
We are hoping to gift our community with a space to fly, above and beyond their wildest dreams, as they experience the strengths each of us hold to become our own version of our personal dreams and desires.

About Me....
Hey there 417 Aerial fans.....thought I would take a moment to introduce myself...I'm Deidra, owner and founder of 417 Aerial.
For the important stuff....I have been teaching/coaching: tumbling, cheerleading, hand balancing, contortion, yoga and aerial for over 26 years....yup I'm old! I believe in safety over skills, so know you are safe when you are here with us.
The beauty of aerial is making those beginning skills look beautiful, once you have mastered that you're on your way to fly!
I have been extremely blessed to have trained with some of the worlds best athlete's and creative geniuses....my aerial training came from the aerial choreographers of Le Reve....What...how amazing those years were.
Yes years....I trained with those heavy weight Aerialist for over 6 years, they were blessed to bring in many, many Cirque De Soliel performers and aerial/gymnastic elite, I owe my skill set and talents to those giants that came before me.

For the fun stuff.....I have 3 great kids and right now only one of them is still shorter than me. I love buying plants, mostly because I will kill them and then have to buy more. I love the water and being outside in anyway.... I am your country bumpkin hippy...yes that is a word. I have a cat, named Whanda.....I am a crazy cat lady....I am full time Realtor...so now you know another one...(we are everywhere!). I have a great partner in my life that took me a little bit to find, and if you come to class you will hear about him.
I truly just want to help and encourage people in any way I can.....if you need a pep talk or someone in your corner ....call me!
