Tuition will be posted to your account on the 25th of each month. Tuition is due by the 7th or there will be a $10 late fee.

Tuition paid by the 28th of each month or enrolled in Auto Pay (runs on the 28th) will receive Open Studio for FREE!

Drop in Classes will be posted immediately to your account and payment is due at the time of booking. 

If dropping a class please let us know before the 28th of the month. 

Starting September 1st a credit card will be required to have on file and enroll in autopay.

Open Studio is offered as a drop in price of $10. It is included in the monthly tuition, if tuition is paid by the 28th of each month.

Open Studio is for all current students of 417 Aerial, currently enrolled at another aerial studio, or have attended a Birthday Party at 417 Aerial (drop in fee applies).

There is no instruction during open studio, however, we are watching for safe and correct practice of skills. 

Drop In classes need to be canceled 24 hours prior to class in order to receive a refund. 

Missed classes can be made up within 30 days.

Monthly Tuition classes will not be offered a refund, but can be made up within 30 days. 

Make up classes need to be scheduled in advance, to give the teacher time to prepare the lessons accordingly. 

Aerial Yoga does not allow for a make up/refund due to advance registration required.

Please wear form fitting clothing that goes below the knee. No zippers or buttons are allowed, as it can snag the fabric. 

Shoes are only allowed on the carpet floor area. 

No jewelry is allowed on the equipment as it can tear the fabric. 

No food is allowed on the open floor, please keep snacks in the waiting area.

Water is allowed in a closed container on the floor area or can be stored in the cubbies.
